TEXTBOOK return policies

Returns Policy - CBC & CBS
Returns are accepted on eligible purchases with a receipt and if the item is in the same condition as purchased.
STUDENT IDENTIFICATION is required for all returns.
Returns are not accepted for fall textbook purchases made after October 1st and spring textbook purchases
made after March 15th
Methods of refund:
if originally paid with credit card, we will refund by the same method OR if originally paid with cash or
check, we will refund the amount to your student account. After 2 business days, you may then request a check
from the Business Office
FALL & SPRING SEMESTERS
The last day to return textbooks for 100% refund is within the first week of each semester. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Course packets have been printed especially for you and they are not returnable for refund or exchange. Students who miss these return deadlines are welcome to check the buyback list at the end of each semester to see if those textbooks are available for buyback.
EARLY FALL & EARLY SPRING SESSIONS
The last day to return textbooks for 100% refund is the first day of class. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Course packets have been printed especially for you and they are not returnable for refund or exchange.
SUMMER SESSIONS
The last day to return textbooks for 100% refund is the first day of class. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Course packets have been printed especially for you and they are not returnable for refund or exchange.
For textbooks returned after the last day of any of the above sessions, the most credit you can receive is 50% of the original price paid. These returns must be approved by a manager, and any refund will apply to your student account.
RETURNS POLICY – CALL

The “course materials fee” charged to student accounts for each course includes all books & materials distributed to students. Course materials are non-returnable; they are yours to keep or give away at your discretion. The Bookstore is a distributor of the materials and is not responsible for the charges to your student account.
