GENERAL return policies
Non-textbooks and gifts may be returned with receipt 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be in new condition.
We will EXCHANGE non-textbook and gift items within 30 days from date of purchase. Exchanges must be in new condition and can be made for similar items OR can be refunded for store credit.
We will replace DEFECTIVE items if the original receipt is provided and the purchase date is within 1 year.
METHOD OF REFUND
if originally paid with credit card, we will refund by the same method.
if originally paid with cash or check, we will issue store credit for the full amount.
